HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

Upon order confirmation, you will receive an email with instant digital download link. If you didn't receive it, please check your SPAM folder.

I CAN’T UNZIP MY DOWNLOADED FILES.

Sometimes ZIP files cannot be opened with the Mac OS Archive Utility or Windows Unarchiver. We recommend using the free software KEKA (on Mac) or 7zip (on Windows).

HOW DO I INSTALL THE PACKS?

All of our products include instruction on how to install and apply it.

WHAT PROGRAMS ARE THESE LUTS COMPATIBLE WITH?

Our products are compatible with any program that supports .CUBE files. This includes Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Since our products are delivered digitally, all sales are final once the order is confirmed and files are delivered.
