Digital Delivery

All KHROMA FX products are delivered electronically.
No physical goods will be shipped.

Upon successful payment, customers receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A separate email containing the download link

Delivery is considered complete once the download link has been sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery Time

Digital products are typically delivered instantly after purchase.

If you do not receive your download email within 10 minutes, please:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder

  • Ensure the email address entered at checkout was correct

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Download and store purchased files after delivery
